Welcome to the ICCQ (Improving Croft and Cowpen Quay) section of the site. This area is dedicated to a local resident led charity that continues the work of the Neighbourhood Management Pathfinder Initiative for the Croft ward of Blyth. We are a partnership, involving local residents from the area with a range of local organisations aiming to improve the local neighbourhood and keep it a safe and pleasant place to live.

SAILING INTO BLYTH...
The Port of Blyth will host the North Sea Tall Ships Regatta from Friday 26 - Monday 29 August. Some of the largest and most spectacular Tall Ships in the world will sail into Blyth providing a fantastic maritime celebration for the Region.
The four day event is expected to attract thousands of visitors who will be able to access the ships, enjoy live music and experience a spectacular Crew Parade, Eve of Sail celebration and Parade of Sail.
The North Sea Tall Ships Regatta is being held for only the second time in six years, and 2016 is also a special year as The Tall Ships Races will be celebrating a diamond anniversary.
