Tall Ship Maybe Arrives in Blyth

The Tall Ship Maybe docked into the Port of Blyth on Thursday 31st March as part of its tour before the Regatta in the summer which will see around 40 other vessels partner it for the Tall Ships Regatta 2016.
The ship is used to train young people in sailing experience and also takes part in ship races throughout European waters. The Tall Ships event is expected to bring over 100,000 visitors to Blyth over the August Bank Holiday weekend, ships similar will be arriving to start the race which sets off from Blyth, across the North Sea to Gothenburg in Sweden.
