So, what are we doing here?

Well in 2000 we launched a website called www.blyth-town.net. For a few years this prospered as a local directory with offshoots including blyth-town.co.uk (for the town centre management) and blyth-market.com. We removed it in 2007 with the intention of revisiting when we had enough resources behind us to do a more thorough job.

This brings us to now.

If you’ve visited before you’ll see some big changes. If it’s your first time we hope it won’t be your last. It’ll be interesting to hear what you think.

We’re after news, reviews, sites and offers from anyone in or around Blyth Valley. This includes Cramlington, Newsham, Cowpen and Seaton Sluice. It’s quite a large area to cover but we’ll do our best. It’s your community and our home, blythtown.net.
