Blyth Renewable Festival 2013

The Blyth Renewable Festival, an event which has been designed to showcase the on goings in Blyth with renewable energy and highlighting its importance.  Following a successful turnout last year around, the organisers ‘Port of Blyth’ have decided to run it again to hopefully get as many people understanding the value of renewable energy is to Blyth.

Entertainment will be provided during the weekend which will include river trips, live music and a host of other street entertainment. The centre piece of the event will be the spectacular tall ship ‘Stavros S Niarchos’ which will be tied up on the side of the quay with people able to take a tour onboard for a small fee.

This will be occurring down the Quayside in Blyth on the weekend 29th-30th of June
