Breeze

A friendly women's cycling group in Blyth; part of the Breeze network aiming to get women active and enjoying cycling with friends!
The idea of Breeze is to encourage women onto their bikes by offering organised rides over easy routes in the local area.
Anne Donnelly, organiser of the Blyth group has been trained by British Cycling as a ride leader and has first aid training.
The small groups will start out on easy routes, for short gentle bike rides - as the group progresses, the routes will become further & faster! Beginning with rides on cycle paths such as along the coast or the new route along the river to Bedlington.

Blyth & Tyne Model Railway Society
Blyth & Tyne Model Railway Society is the oldest and largest model railway club in Northumberland. We changed our name in 2010 from the Blyth & District Model Railway Society. This is to reflect the growing number of members from the Tyneside area, and also Blyth & Tyne was the name of a pre-grouping railway in the area.
The club have some 86 members ranging in ages from the youngest aged 14 and the oldest aged 85. The club caters for all model railway enthusiasts in all gauges

Blyth Valley Radio Model Club
Our Club has been established for in excess of 30 years and our flying field is an excellent facility with superb access situated at Meggies Burn, Blyth, Northumberland. We are affiliated with the British Model Flying Association (B.M.F.A.) and hold one of the largest memberships in the UK (typically in excess of 150 members).
We promote safe model flying (both fixed wing and helicopter) and encourage our members to participate in the B.M.F.A. “A” and “B” Certificate proficiency schemes.
The size of our membership reflects the popularity of the club, indeed we have an excellent reputation for helping newcomers and with many very experienced members, helping each other alike! With a minimum of flying rules (common sense and safety orientated) the club has a relaxed atmosphere with a lot of friendly banter!

Blyth Valley Scout District
Our District was formed on the 1st April 2000 by the merger of Blyth, most of Seaton Valley and the 1st Seaton Sluice from Whitley Bay. As a result the new District matched the boundary of Blyth Valley Borough Council (1974 to 2009). Many of our groups have long and proud histories, and can trace their origins to the earliest days of Scouting.
